Roelof Van den BergChief Executive Officer

Mr. Van den Berg is the visionary founder and leader of Gap Infrastructure corporation, having first established the company as a start-up in 2009 and transforming it into an industry powerhouse.

With extensive knowledge of South Africa’s economy and social status, Mr. Van den Berg continues to grow GIC into a formidable leader in the development sector.

Sylvia MontwediExecutive Director

Having been foundational to the success of GIC since 2011, Ms. Montwedi swiftly climbed the ranks due to her strong work ethic and in-depth knowledge of South Africa’s social issues status.

Ms. Montwedi engages closely with communities, municipalities, and government departments to ensure projects are carried out ethically and sustainably, which bolsters the GIC mandate of changing lives.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. de Kock's primary responsibility is managing GIC's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Carl Letswalo

Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Letswalo oversees the development and commercial strategies of GIC. As part of his role, he takes the lead in detailing the definition of policies followed by the company on a national commercial level.

Rynardt Keet

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Keet is in charge of all daily business operations and administration of GIC. He works closely with project managers to ensure the successful implementation and completion of all GIC projects.

Michael van Rooyen

Chief Information Officer

Mr. van Rooyen is responsible for the management, implementation, and usability of information and computer technologies at GIC. He is in charge of the successful implementation of our award winning systems.

Client Relations Executive

Mr. Deli oversees diverse networks, fostering strong relationships within and outside GIC, overseeing partner acquisition, public relations, customer satisfaction, and ensuring continual alignment with our corporate objectives.
